These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website (https://www.the1stopit.com), owned and operated by The1StopIT. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you are prohibited from using the Site.

PRIOR CONDITIONS

• The Client agrees not to have duplicate sites, duplicate content or pages, redirects, or doorway pages.
• The Client has not requested or exchanged links with link farms or engaged in any spamming techniques that may harm the website's ranking with search engines such as Google.
• It is not possible to guarantee a 100% specific result on any search engine, nor can we quantify the level of increased traffic or sales resulting from the SEO campaign.
• All fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If the Client alters the optimized pages created by The1StopIT or does not implement the advised changes, any guarantee provided will become void immediately.
• The1StopIT follows a strict ethical SEO policy and may void any guarantee if it is discovered that the Client has engaged in actions considered undesirable (such as spamming) by search engines, including:
  • Use of hidden links
  • Linking to link farms, FFA link pages, etc.
  • Employing page redirect or cloaking techniques
  • Submitting web pages to search engines, search directories, or other websites without The1StopIT's consent
  • Using automated website submission software or services
  • Utilizing automated reciprocal link programs
• The1StopIT reserves the right to use the Client's website, web design, layouts, wireframes, and collateral for advertising and marketing initiatives. This may include portfolio examples, case studies, promotional activities, and discreet links at the footer of the pages until otherwise instructed by the Client.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

During and after the contract period, the Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or confidential information provided by The1StopIT. The Client will not disclose or use such confidential information without written consent from The1StopIT. Additionally, the Client agrees not to publicly criticize or attack The1StopIT or any of its employees, associates, or partners on public forums, blogs, or social media at any time. In the event of a breach of the non-disclosure agreement, the Client agrees to compensate The1StopIT for any resulting damages.

ASSIGNMENT OF SPECIFIC RIGHTS

To receive professional SEO services, the Client agrees to provide the following:
• FTP and other back-end admin access to the website for the purpose of on-page optimization.
• Permission to communicate directly with third parties, such as the Client’s web designer, when necessary.
• Full access to existing website traffic statistics for analysis and tracking purposes.
• Authorization for The1StopIT to use the Client’s logos, trademarks, website images, and content for creating articles and other materials necessary for search engine optimization. If the Client’s site lacks textual content, the Client agrees to provide additional text content in electronic format to create richer web pages. The1StopIT can also create content at an additional cost, should the Client request it.

COPYRIGHT PROTECTION

The1StopIT retains copyright protection for all materials, information, and publications ("Website Information") posted on the Site. The1StopIT grants permission for the downloading, copying, and distribution of this information for non-commercial purposes only within your organization. Any copies of the Website Information must retain all copyright and proprietary notices and may not be modified in any way. Except where your use qualifies as "fair use" under copyright law, you may not otherwise use, download, upload, copy, print, display, reproduce, publish, or distribute any Website Information in whole or in part, without prior written consent from The1StopIT.

Cancellation Policy

Clients acknowledge that subscription fees are charged automatically on a regular basis until canceled. To cancel a subscription, the Client must email at least three days before the next billing date. A confirmation receipt will be sent to acknowledge the cancellation request. It is the Client’s responsibility to properly cancel the subscription by emailing info@the1stopit.com and cc'ing the respective project manager.

Refund Policy

All subscription plans are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrades, downgrades, or any other circumstances. The1StopIT does not offer prorated refunds.
